  • Marketing/email lists: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years (tax purposes)

When we process customer/client data via workflow automations:

  • You are considered data controller; Automency acts as processor

  • You are responsible for your own customers' privacy notices

  • We only process customer data according to your instructions

  • Data Processing Agreements are available upon request

12. Children's Privacy

Automency does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years old. Services are designed for business use only.
